Pair of cottages. Goodwood Estate numbers. Mid C19 building of the type known locally as Duchess Cottages. Half-H type plan. Two storeys. Four windows. Coursed flints with dressings, quoins, string course and dripstones over the windows of old brick and grey headers. Tiled roof. Casement windows. The outer window-bays project with gables over.
