House, C17 or C18. Timber framed with colourwashed render and a thatched
roof. Single storey with attic. Road front: doorway at far right
approached by two steps and having a C19 plank door. To left of this are
four 2-light casements, some of C20 date with metal frames. Two eyebrow
dormers to the attic, each of 2 lights. Axial stack of 2 flues to the
ridge at right of centre. The roof is half-hipped at either end. The
right hand end has a 2-light C20 ground floor window with a similar first
floor window. C20 extension to the right of this. Left hand gable end: a
2-light C19 casement to the ground floor and two 2-light first floor
casements. Rear: random fenestration at right including a C19 ground floor
canted oriel window supported on a moulded bracket with a doorway to its
left. To far left is a projecting C20 wing.
