Circa C16 timber-framed house entirely faced in brick (painted in C18/19 and
refashioned in late C19. Tile roof with gabled ends. Two-storeys. Three bays,
left and right gabled and advanced. Sashes with glazing bars. Central doorway
with fluted pilasters, entablature and panelled door. String courses. Interior
has exposed timber framing in north-east wing and centre, with stepped chamfer
ceiling beams. Early C18 staircase with turned balusters, square newel and moulded
rail and string.
