House. Mid C18 and C19. Regular coursed lias with slate roof. 2-unit plan. 3
storeys, 2-window range of C20 casements with C20 concrete lintels. Brick stack
at ridge and end. Roof probably raised in early C19, Forming part of a row with
No.19. Included for group value with Nos.ll and 19 West Street (q.v.). Interior
not inspected.
