GV II


House, formerly presbytery to St. Ninian's R.C. church. Late C18. Ashlar
facade; roughcast with ashlar dressings to rear. Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys
plus basement. 3 storeys to rear.

Front block 3 x 2 bays with 2 wings projecting to rear forming U-shaped plan.
Raised quoins.

Facade: steps with flanking railings up to 6-panelled door with side lights and
broad elliptical fanlight with Adam-style tracery. Projecting pedimented centre
bay.

12-pane sash windows. Moulded cornice. Hipped roof with 2 ridge stacks.

Tripartite windows to rear.

Interior not seen.
