Cottage with attached L-plan range of farmbuildings. C18. Random rubble with
Welsh slate and stone slate roofs.

Cottage: 2 storeys, 2 windows. Boarded door and 16-pane Yorkshire sash on
ground floor. 12- and 8-pane Yorkshire sashes above. Steeply-pitched gabled
roof with old brick end stacks.

To left a single-storey, 3-bay byre with 2 boarded doors and one casement
window. Steeply-pitched roof with reverse-stepped gables.

Projecting from left a long range of byre, barn and stable. To left lower
2-bay byre, now a garage. In centre a higher barn with boarded door. These
have steeply-pitched roofs and reverse-stepped gables. Short linking section
to right, with asbestos roof, included for group value.
