House, c.1700. Rubble with dressings and large quoins; Welsh slate roof.
2 storeys, 3 bays, symmetrical. Plinth; end bays have tall moulded band broken
forward over window heads. Central C19 half-glazed door in eared bolection-
moulded surround within plain pilasters with consoles carrying cornice broken

forward at ends,and swan-neck pediment enclosing initials R I. To left 16-
pane fixed window in moulded wood surround, to right and on 1st floor 16-pane sash
windows in stepped raised stone surrounds. Coped gables with moulded kneelers,
stepped and corniced end stacks.

Rear elevation shows C19 wing with renewed 16-pane sash on right and C18
one-bay outshut on left; C20 flat-roofed infill between is not of interest.
