Group of three houses, late C18 or early C19. Holly House and Glenthorne ashlar,
Waverley House rubble with raised quoins and dressings; Welsh slate roofs, some
stacks heightened in brick. Each house 2 storeys, 3 bays, symmetrical. Waverley
House to left has central flush-panelled double doors in moulded alternating-
block surround inside early C20 half-glazed porch; 16-pane sash windows with
raised lintels and sills. Holly House and Glenthorne each have plinth and end
pilasters, central doors (Holly House 6-panel, Glenthorne 9-panel) with
Geometrical overlights in corniced raised stone surrounds; 12-pane sash windows.
Coped gables with stepped stacks at ends and between houses.
