Outbuilding and attached wall, c. 1700. Coursed rubble with dressings;
stone slate roof. North elevation 1 storey and basement, 3 bays, irregular
Steps up to central boarded door in wave-moulded surround; outshut to left
Coped gables with long moulded kneelers. Left return shows widened basement
door, chamfer-surround window above and 2 chamfered segmental pigeon holes
in gable. Rear elevation has projecting wing with privies; boarded door
in rebated surround with chute from 1st floor privy to right and small
chamfered window above. Short curved length of wall with flat coping
attached to south-east corner of wing.

Interior: old transverse beams in basement.
