Farmhouse, now 2 dwellings, late C17, colourwashed brick, pantiles. Dwelling
to right with rear wing now with renewed encasing walls and fenestration not
of special interest. Roof line slightly higher as possibly renewed; central
stack partly within south-east dwelling. Dwelling to left (south-east) 2 bays,
2 storeys and attic; platband, gable parapet; left end internal stack; central
doorway; ground floor with 2-light casement to left under segmental arch, 2-
light C20 steel casement to right; first floor with 2 3-light casements. Left
gable with plinth, platband and eaves band; inserted single light to first
floor. Rear with platband, first bay with small casement to ground floor left,
3-light casement right, first floor with 2-light casement. 1½ storeyed wing
forward to bay 2 with brick tumbling in and later parapet to gable; dormer
and various openings to north-east, 2 and 3-light casements to south-east.
Interior: two cells with central cross passage, stopped joists and tie to
second cell; first floor with massive stopped ties; 2-tiered roof with butt
purlins. Rear wing with 2 tier roof, butt purlins and collars.
