Farmhouse. C17 with later alterations. Timber framed, ground floor painted
uncoursed rubble re-facing, first floor rendered facing, and slate roofs.
Baffle entry type of 4 framed bays with one framed bay wing to rear. 2 storeys
with basement and gable-lit attic. Framing: square panels with tension
braces. Large ridge stack above door off-centre to right. 3 window front
with C19 wooden casements. 6-panelled door with top 2 panels glazed, off-
centre to right between first and second windows from right. Former porch in
angle to rear. Interior: double queen strut roof trusses with double trenched
purlins; grain bins in attic; chamfered beams and joists; double ogee-
headed ground floor doorway; cheese press in basement.
