Approached up a long drive from Lambrook Street. Early C19. 2 storeys. Red brick
with ashlar dressings. Moulded eaves conice. Pantile roof. Ashlar quoins and
plinth. 3 windows, of 3 lights to sides. Keystones. Sashes with glazing bars.
Lean-to verandah. Central round-headed doorway with moulded surround. Semi-circular
fanlight with tracery. 1/2-glazed door. Panelled reveals. 2-storey l-window extension
to left.
No 15, Combe Brook and the Vicarage form a group.
