House. 1830s. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3
storeys with basement and 3 bays. Basement lintel band, 1st
floor sill band, and top frieze, cornice and blocking
course. Windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with
glazing bars, those to 2nd floor are boarded. Entrance has
Ionic aedicule (no pediment). Plain iron area railings and
base to 1st floor balcony.
