Circa 183O-40 detached stucco faced villa, 2 storeys with 3 bay front, plinth;
sill band; bed mould to frieze below flat eaves of hipped slate roof. Corniced
stucco chimeys with ornamental pots. All window glazing bar sashes in
architraves, panelled sills on first floor. The ground floor right hand
window is however a rectangular bay inserted circa 1900. Tuscan colmn porch
with deep entablature and blocking course. Door of 2 moulded panels, plain
reveals. Single storey annexe to left with swept up parapet.
