C1840, a detached, 2 storey 3 bay stucco villa of modest scale. Plinth; ground
floor channelled up to first floor moulded sill course; moulded bed to shallow
flat boxed eaves of hipped slate roof; flanking stucco chimney stacks with
ornamental pots. Revealed glazing bar sash windows, those on first floor with
sill contained by reveals above sill course and shallow aprons below.
Projecting architrave doorway with small consoles supporting cornice with
palmette acroteria and central anthemion crest; door of 3 moulded panels,
rectangular fanlight.
