House. C17 with mid-C19 and mid-C20 alterations and additions. Timber-framed with painted brick and rendered infill, sandstone rubble plinth, plain tiled roof and large external brick stack at rear. Three framed bays; single storey and attic with dormers.

Framing: irregular, mainly four panels from sill to wall-plate, long straight brace in left lower corner at front, collar-and-tie-beam trusses with queen struts and a V-strut in apex at gable ends.

Front elevation: ground floor has a 16-pane sash in the left bay, paired glazing bar sashes in the central bay and a nine-pane sash in the right bay; three gabled dormers with two-light casements. Main entrance in right gable end with C20 door. Attic lights in right gable end.

Interior not inspected.

C20 additions at rear.
