Row of three cottages. Mid-C19 with mid-C20 additions. Brick with planted timber-frame incorporated in front elevation, plain tiled roofs and groups of four and two diamond brick stacks with oversailing cap courses to main ridge. Single storey and attic lit by half-dormers. Three bays with a slight central break.

Front elevation: all three bays are gabled, outer gables have scalloped bargeboards, central bay has pierced and scalloped bargeboards; outer bays have ground floor two-light casements and half-dormers with two-light casements; central bay also has half-dormer with two-light casement and central entrance flanked by rectangular lights and having a gabled timber-framed and balustered porch and plank and battened door; all windows have plank weatherings. In each side elevation are gabled, timber-framed balustered porches. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
