Circa 1820. Two storeys in red brick with stone dressings, slate roof. Wood
spouting supported by stone shaped brackets in pairs. Three windows, stone
rusticated heads with keystones carved with anthemion, hung sashes with glazing
bars, stone cill strings at first and ground floors. Stone plinth. Centre
doorcase has applied Doric order in wood, 8-panel door, fanlight. Two cast
iron foot scrapers.
