Originally gazebo and ground floor of adjacent premises to south,
once part of swan Hotel, converted to shop, currently all one shop
with house above. Gazebo of late C18/early C19, adjacent shop
front possibly of late C18. Former gazebo is one large bowed bay
with C20 shop front, stone plat band over and coursed and dressed
stone first floor with triple sash of 8/12/8-panes and curved
timber lintel, moulded string course and cornice, curved pediment
with flattened top with central Diocletian window. Slate roof.
Rear has smaller 2-storey bow; address includes C2O house to rear,
not of special interest. To left of former gazebo, ground floor
wooden shop front with fluted pilasters and projecting moulded
modillion cornice, plate glass window.
