Cottage. Circa early C18 with C20 extension. Rendered rubble walls and rear
projecting lateral stack. Rendered brick lateral stack also to rear at right.
Hipped thatched roof.
2-room plan, principal room to left heated by rear lateral stack. Off-centre
entrance passage with smaller unheated room to right. C20 single storey extensions
at right-hand end and rear of left-hand room.
2 storeys. Almost regular 2-window front with late C20 2-light casements on ground
floor which have small panes. On first floor are probably C20 3-light casements
with mock leading to panes, possibly in earlier frames. Gabled open fronted C20
thatched porch to right of centre which has C20 glazed door behind. Thatched C20
storey extension at right gable end.
Interior inaccessible at time of survey but left-hand room seen to have original
cambered wood lintel to fireplace.
