Stocks. Possibly medieval. Oak with iron frame and hinges, 2 pairs of ankle holes.
The stocks are not in situ, and have been placed under a leanto slate roofed shelter
set against the north wall of the church tower. They were formerly positioned near
the east gate into the churchyard. Reference : D.C.C., Sites & Monurents Register.
