Farmhouse. Circa 1850. Rendered stone or cob and stone; slate roof, half-hipped at
ends ; 2 end stacks to each end.
Plan: Double depth plan, 2 rooms wide with a central entrance ; principal rooms to
the front, service rooms to the rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay front with a Doric portico, the timber
columns broader at the base. C19 panelled front door with rectangular fanlight. C19
transomed casements with glazing bars to ground floor left and right and first floor
centre, outer first floor windows are C19 16-pane horned sashes. C20 windows to the
left and right returns on the ground floor.
Interior: Not inspected but probably retains a C19 stair and joinery.
