- south west of the tower of the
Church of St Michael
GV II

Pair of headstones. Late C18/early C19. Freestone. The southern commemorates 2
members of the May family with a memorial date of 1810. Round-headed with a
projecting moulding round the head, terminating in carved flowers. An urn with
drapes is carved in the head, good lettering. The northern headstone has an
illegible inscription, and a segmental arched head, the moulding swept up to left and
right.
