Circa 1830-40 pair of semi-detached, 2 storey, stucco houses. Low pitch
gable end slate roofs, wide bracketed eaves. 2 windows each to east front
facing Radway. Sidlands has recessed sashes, glazing bars intact. Block
sills and 2 similar windows to basement. Constitutional Club has 2 superimposed
canted bay windows, 3 lights each, some glazing bars intact. Entrance
fronts at each end, facing north and south. Semi-circular windows in
gables. Enclosed stucco porches flanked by outer pilasters and inner
Ionic columns. Entablature and blocking course.
