Cottage with shop premises. C18. Stuccoed and roughcast. Bitumenised slate roof
with gabled ends and hipped at corner. Two storeys. Corner site. Front to
Combpyne Road: three first floor sashes with glazing bars and small circa mid C19
shop front with two splayed bays and panelled frieze. Left hand return to Church
Hill: two window range of three-light casements with leaded panes and central
doorway with panelled reveals and panelled door.
