Farmhouse. Late C16 or early C17, altered C18 or early C19. Timber-framed
with painted brick infill, sandstone plinth; part Welsh slate and part stone
slate roof. Four framed bays aligned north-east/south-west with large main
axial stack, further end stacks. Probable through-passage now obscured by
later alterations. C18 or early C19 wing extends to north-west from north-
east end. Single storey and attic. South-east front: two dormer windows
each with leaded 2- and 3-light casements, scattered fenestration to ground
floor, 2-light leaded casement and three C20 windows to left. Canted bay to
right of unusual hipped-roofed porch, ledged door. Three conjoined shafts
to main stack. Framing: three square panels from sill to wall-plate; V-struts
in gables. Interior not inspected.
