This is said to be an ancient manor house, but there is nothing now visible dating from before the late C18. Foundation and base of walls may be older. L-shaped, two storey, roughcast house, rusticated quoins, modillion cornice. Gable-end to road has two storey bow with sash windows with glazing bars. Plain round-headed doorway with rusticated quoins and voussoirs. Slate roof with spike finial on the gable end.
