House. Datestone on frontage:- "1895" with a monogram C.H. for Christine Hamlyn.
Coursed rubble, gabled slate roof with brick ridge stacks.
Plan: single room depth. Central entrance hall, flanking rooms.
Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 3-bay front, 2-light mullioned and transomed
casements with square-paned leaded lights, cambered heads with brick voussoirs.
Central door opening with cambered head and brick voussoirs, 4-panelled door, leaded
transom light. Railed forecourt area on a rubble plinth, 12 stone steps up, plain
iron handrail and balustrade.
Interior: not inspected.
