18/234 Anonymous headstone approximately
- south of the chancel of the Church
of St Giles

GV II

Headstone. Probably C18. Slate. Upright square-headed slab standing approximately
450 millimetres high. The head is carved with a skull flanked by a skull and
crossbones. The inscription is Roman serif upper and lower case lettering. There is
no date or name recorded, just a poetic epitaph.
