House. Cl7 with C20 alterations. Rendered cob walls. Gable ended thatched roof.
Brick stack at left gable end projecting rendered rubble stack at front with tall
brick shaft.
Plan: Original layout of rooms not entirely clear, probably 2 room plan, each room
heated, divided by central passage. The plan has probably been altered in the C20.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 3 window front of mid-late C20 top light opening
casements. C20 plank door at centre. At right-hand end next to lateral stack is
C19 or early C20 leanto open fronted porch, the door replaced with a window.
Interior: Inaccessible at time of survey but may contain original ceiling beams and
fireplaces, possibly with an early roof structure.
