One of a pair of semi-detached villas circa 1830 by Foulston or showing Foulston
influence. Two storeys stuccoed. Hipped slate roof. Four windows. First floor
has sash windows and pilaster treatment. Ground floor has 3-light sash windows and
niches. Square porches with wreath ornament. Chimneystacks with acroteria.
