Dated 1895. Originally built as the Constitutional Club. Two to three storeys
Hurdwick stone coursed rubble with Bath stone dressings. Hipped slate roof. Two
crow-stepped gables and 2 pseudo timber-framed gables. Crenellated parapet. Two
first floor balconies and one oriel. Corner has three 3 centred arches.
