Earlier C19 villa. 3 storeys. Double fronted with 3 windows. Hipped, tiled roof,
with rendered stacks. Stucco front with rusticated ground floor and pilaster strips
on quoins. Former cornice removed. Plain 1st floor band. Recessed sash windows
with glazing bars; architraved 1st floor windows with ears. Ground floor bay windows
of 4 lights each with columnette mullions and dentil cornices. Prostyle portico
with columns carrying entablature with enriched frieze. Recessed doorway with
panelled reveals, patterned radial fanlight and panelled door.
