House. Circa mid C17 altered and extended in C20. Rendered stone rubble walls.
Hipped thatch roof. Rendered brick stack at left-hand end. Rendered rubble rear
lateral stack.
Plan: 2-room plan which may once have had a central passage. Larger room to
right heated by rear lateral stack. Fireplace to left-hand room may be an
insertion. C20 addition at left-hand end of house. Partition between main rooms
removed in C20.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2 window front, 3 to ground floor, of late C20
2-light leaded pane casements. Leanto C20 porch to left of centre with glazed
double doors.
Interior: Lateral fireplace has a rough lintel of a single slate slab. According
to owner, original roof timbers survive.
