Early C13, 1/2 H plan. Red brick, partly refaced; return to street roughcast
2 storeys with attics in wings. 5 windows; 4 window return to street with central
blind window. Segmental-arched, square-headed windows with flush frames, exposed
boxing and glazing bars. Street entrance blocked. Garden entrance with bracketed
hood.

Berkley House, Berkley Lodge, Nos 3 & 7 form a group.
