12/76 Badminton Farmhouse

G.V. II

Farmhouse. Remodelled c.1830. Rendered; Cotswold stone slate roof with coped
raised verges; ashlar stacks with moulded cornice. L-plan with projecting wing
at south-west end. 2 storeys and attics on south wing, dormer windows to the
rear and a stone gable to the front. 2 bays to each wing, 2- and 3-light
casements in plain surrounds; square bay on south wing canted bay on west wing
with glazing bar sashes. Open ashlar porch in re-entrant angle; panelled door
under 4-centred head.
