an angle. Banded quoins. Dentil cornice and blocking course. 5 windows with
architrave surrounds and sill brackets. Sashes, glazing bars. Overall shop
front to No 38. Shop front and doorway in architrave surround to No 1 Marine
Hill. Included for group value.

Nos 36 and 38 together with Christiana, Copse Road, Nos 1 to 3 (consec) and
St Antony's School Marine Hill form a group.
