House at end of planned terrace. c1830. Stucco; roof hidden behind parapet with simple moulded entablature; brick stack on the left. Double-depth plan.

Three storeys; three-bay front with wider central bay. Bays of upper floors with flanking giant pilasters; original tripartite hornless sashes to central bay, first-floor sash under segmental arch; flanking bays with round-arched niches and recessed aprons; tall blind window openings with relief aprons above. Ground floor has plinth and channelled rustication; doorway on the left, C20 shop window to central bay and blind window on the right.

INTERIOR: not inspected but may be of interest.

Part of a good group of early C19 housing.
