Farmhouse. Dated 1682. Whitewashed coursed watershot sandstone rubble,
stone slate roof. 2 storeys, central through-passage to stairs in rear
outshut. 2 first floor windows. Plinth, crude quoins. 4-pane sashes
throughout. Ground floor: blocked fire window on left has semi-circular
arch in soffit of lintel. Central chamfered quoined, doorway with panel
on lintel inscribed ' M ', C20 door. Continuous drip mould. First

floor, blocked opening, as fire window, above door; remains of mullioned
window on right. Shaped kneelers, ashlar copings, stack to left. Byres
to right not of special interest.
