Marked on Ordnance Survey-map as Soursett. Farmhouse with adjoining
outbuildings, now part of house. Mid C18 with later alterations. Rubble,
stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 1:2:1 first-floor openings. House in centre;
quoins. Central pent-roofed 2-storey porch and single-storey pent-roofed
porch extension to its left with C20 two-light, flat-faced mullion window in
architrave. To left, on each floor a similar window. To right, 1 bay of
C18 three-light, flat-faced mullion windows in architraves. To left of
house: former outbuilding with one bay of C20 two-light, flat-faced mullion
windows in architraves. To right of house: former outbuilding, has quoins
to right; timber steps up to first-floor part-glazed board door. C20 lean-
to addition to right, not of special interest. Rear of house: quoined
surrounds to sash windows. Left return: 2 windows reusing parts of
surrounds of C18 windows.
