Formerly farmhouse, now house. Late C17/early C18 with C20 alterations. Lime-
washed squared rubble, stone dressings, stone slate roof. C20 left-hand entrance
with c1965 door. Right-hand ground floor formerly 3-light now 2-light flat-faced
mullioned window inserted c1965 using C18 stone; dripstone over. On upper floor,
heightened former 2-light window to left, mullion now missing; C20 casements.
2-light double chamfered mullioned window to right; C20 casements. Two rows
of throughs. Left-hand gable end ridge stack and right-hand ridge stack at
junction with former shippon. Included for group value.
