Farmhouse, c1830 with C20 alterations. Slobbered rubble brought to course,
stone dressings, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central entrance has
plain surround and moulded hood, c1970 glazed door. 2 ground floor and 3 upper
floor windows have plain surrounds, 16 pane sashes except blocked central upper
floor window. Eaves modillions. Right-hand kneeler and coping. Right-hand
gable end ridge and left-hand ridge at former gable, now junction with projecting
mid-C19 three-bay barn. Right-hand return: round headed staircase window with
Gothic interlace glazing bars. Modillions continue at eaves level.
