house, now shop premises. Early-mid C19. Grey gritstone, graduated stone
slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Quoins. Symmetrical facade with central
half-glazed 4-panel door with fanlight in keyed, round-arched plain
surround; large C20 shop-window to right, former sash, now C20 frame in
plain surround to left. 3 plate-glass sashes in plain surrounds to first
floor. Stone gutter brackets, shaped kneelers, gable copings, end stacks.
Rear: central round-headed stair window in plain surround. Included for
group value.
