House adjoining Brookhouse Farmhouse (qv). Late C18 with C19 alterations. Pebble-
dash, stone dressings, stone slate roof. 2 storeys 3 bays. Entrance to right in
C20 glazed porch. One ground floor window to left of 3 lights with flat-faced
mullions. Small single light window in centre of upper floor flanked by large window
to left and right, all with plain surrounds; C19 sashes and C20 casements. Left-
hand gable end ridge stack. Included for group value.
