Farmhouse. Dated 1681, altered C19 slobbered rubble, stone dressings, stone slate
roof. Gable end to street. Front: 2 storeys, 2 bays. Entrance to left has moulded
surround and decorated linted dated and with initials L M

above a halberd device. To right are 2 C19 windows per storey with plain surrounds
and projecting sills; C20 sashes and casements. Eaves modillions. Left-hand gable
end ridge stack and ridge stack to right of centre. Gable end to street contains
3-light chamfered mullioned window on ground floor and single-light chamfered window
on upper floor; both have C20 casements. Included for group value.
