Four gatepiers and gates forming main entrance to park. Late C19.
Four good large, square, ashlar gatepiers. Panelled with pyramidal
caps on coved cornice. Moulded square bases. All have wrought iron
gas-lamp brackets intended to take globe. Pair of good wrought iron
gates and 2 similar side gates, elegant and ornate with scrolls and
leaf-life forms.
