C19. (But a house in Almondbury Bottom is shown on Senior's Map of Almondbury Parish, 1634). Former longhouse (No 30 was the barn). Hammer-dressed stone. Pitched stone slate roof. 2 storeys. 1st floor has two 2-light and one 4-light stone mullioned window. Ground floor has two 3-light stone mullioned windows. No 30 has the voussoirs of a segment-headed barn door.
