Outbuilding approx.10 metres to south-east of No 62

Outbuilding. Early C19. Coursed, squared magnesian limestone, flat roof.
Square, 2-storey turret with partly-canted projection set back on left.
Turret has a wide boarded door beneath flat arch on right of external stone
steps to a panelled 1st-floor door beneath similar arch; to 1st-floor centre
is a damaged sash with glazing bars with projecting stone sill and flat arch.
Projection set back on left has an ogee-headed doorway. Embattled parapet
with roll-moulded merlons; capped stack rises from left side of turret. The
partly-canted projection falls within the curtilage of the adjacent property
(St. Edward's Lodge). Not fully inspected. Included for group value.
