c.1875. 2½ storey former pair with 2 windows each. Channelled ashlar on ground
floor, moulded string course, rough-faced coursed rubble on 1st floor, enriched
wood modillion cornice to eaves with pendants. Slate roof with 2 yellow brick
chimneys and 2 dormers each containing trefoil panel in gable. Plate glass
sash windows, with open lozenge panels below. Outer windows round headed with
moulded architraves and having key blocks, plain on left, sculptured on right
with corinthian responds. Inner windows are 2 light with wooden relieving
arches; to left, central shaft and responds to 2 round-headed arches with masonic
symbols above; plain to right. 2 bays on ground floor with stone plinth and
egg and dart cornices. Pilastered doorpiece to left and right also with egg
and dart cornices; left hand entrance now a window.
