The description, line 1 shall be amended to read:-

Pair of attached cottages. Circa C17 extended in mid-late C19. Shale rubble, granite
and scantle.

Small house circa C17 extended in mid-late C19. Shale rubble, granite and scantle
slate roofs with brick chimneys over gable ends. L-shaped plan. 2storeys, cottage
C19 to left with 2 windows and window and door to ground floor. Lower bay to right
is probably C17 with C18 flat arch with granite voussoirs to large ground floor
sash window with sidelights and smaller 4-paned sash in gable dormer over. Rebuilt
first floor walling incorporates reused granite carved stones as does cottage front
to left and south gable end, including label stops, ducks within shield and
scrolled kneeler. Interior of C17 part not inspected.
